In today's society there are countless programs claiming to be THE answer to your health struggles. Health and wellness is far from the "one size fits all" model. Many factors influence the way your body responds to food, exercise and outside factors. It is important to find what works best for your individual health.
I am a fourth year college student with a Psychology major including background in chemistry and exercise sports science. Past opportunities have allowed me to work with athletes with eating disorders to improve their intake and set new personal records in training. Additionally, I have engaged in mindfulness research and turned various nutrition research into digestible material for clients to understand and apply to their lives. I have given presentations on the importance of the various nutrients and proper recovery strategies while helping to design meal plans for athletes and weight-loss clients.
Many nutrition struggles can be resolved through techniques based in Psychology. Instead of wasting time and money on advertised products that fail to improve our health, we can improve our health with only slight adjustments to our daily routine. Through nutrition coaching we can work together to develop schedules, meal plans, recipes and more that are tailored to each individual.

The primary goal of my work is to help my clients reach their desired goals and enjoy themselves while doing so. Nutrition and health should not be dreaded aspects of our lives. My goal is to help each client find their way to wellness. My favorite part about this work is sharing in journey of the people that I work with by overcoming struggles and celebrating success.
I strive to live life to the fullest and have a passion for helping others do the same. Through my work I hope to have a positive influence on others and help them create a lifestyle that's unbeatable.
